Born in Manhattan where he currently resides, Jon attended Parsons School of Design where he majored in Design and Advertising. He subsequently worked as an art director/creative director for several world-famous ad agencies and over the years was recognized with numerous advertising awards for excellence. A high-energy professional with "tons of enthusiasm," Jon focused his talents towards helping real estate clients over five years ago, but long before that began renovating houses and lofts for "fun and profit." While he specializes in brownstones, large buildings and lofts in Harlem and Chelsea, he has successful sealed deals for many one- and two-bedroom apartments all over the city, and enjoys that just as much.
